Case report: A case of Pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia of vulva, a differential diagnosis for squamous cell carcinoma of external genitalia in women

A woman presenting with vulval lesions is to be examined and evaluated further before giving her the definitive diagnosis proposing treatment. As differential may vary from benign like lichen sclerosus, intraepithelial neoplasia or malignant squamous cell carcinoma. We are a case report wherein 70 year presented features similar carcinoma but was diagnosed as pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia of vulva which lesion. Pseudoepitheliomatous (PEH) condition, characterized by epidermis adnexal epithelium, closely PEH present in number conditions prolonged inflammation and/or chronic infection, well association many cutaneous neoplasms.
